摘 要:选择了一种由涤纶机织物、海绵和薄型涤纶底布复合而成的汽车座椅面料,通过垂直燃烧法测试3种单层组分(表层涤纶织物、海绵和底布)、2种两层复合组分(海绵和底布的复合物、表层织物和海绵的复合物)及1种三层复合组分(表层织物、海绵和底布的复合物)的燃烧性能,同时利用DSC、TG对6种面料的受热熔融、热分解等热行为进行了表征,进而分析了不同复合面料燃烧性能和热学性能的变化情况。结果表明:表层织物与海绵复合得到的二层面料及表层织物与海绵和底布复合后得到的三层面料的损毁长度相比各单层组分而言有所降低,但是两层面料、三层面料的热稳定性反而不如各单层织物。In this paper, one kind of automotive seating fabric composed of woven PET fabric, sponge and PET base fabrics was chosen. And the combustion performances of the three monolayer materials (the PET surface fabric, the sponge, the base fabric), the two compounds composed of two materials ( sponge and base fabric, surface fabric and sponge) and the composite composed of three materials (surface fabric, sponge and base fabric) were tested. Then the melting behavior and the thermal decomposition of the six fabrics were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TG) to get variations of combustion performances and thermal properties of the different composite fabrics. The result reveales that compared with the damage length of monolayer materials, that of composites composed with surface fabric and sponge and of composites composed with three materials got shorter, while the thermal stability of composites composed with two or three kinds of materials was more unstable than each surface fabric.
