摘  要:通过外加色氨酸的方法,提高柞蚕丝织物中色氨酸的含量,从而达到了与对羟基苯甲醛发生显色反应时色泽增深的效果。通过正交试验和单因素分析,得到了色氨酸预处理的最佳工艺:色氨酸15 g/L,盐酸浓度5%,45℃处理60 min,和PHBA显色最佳工艺条件:PHBA 0.45%,盐酸浓度16%,70℃处理30 min,浴比1∶50,加入双氧水60℃保温30 min。显色织物的性能测试结果表明,外加色氨酸促进了柞蚕织物的显色,色泽鲜艳,匀染性、染色牢度和力学性能优良。The content of added tryptophan in silk fabric can be increased by adding tryptophan to achieve deeper color when tussah silk is treated with p-hydroxybenzaldehyde in color reaction. Through orthogonal experiment and single-factor analysis, an optimum process is gained as: pretreatment with 15g/L tryptophan, 5% hydrochloric acid, at 45℃ temperature and 60mins time duration, and an optimum process of dye-free coloration is gained as that tussah is treated with 0.45% PHBA, 16% hydrochloric acid, 1:50 liquor ratio, at 70℃ for 30mins, then adding hydrogen peroxide at 60℃ for 30mins. The test result of chromogenic tussah fabric shows that the added tryptophan can promot the coloration of tussah silk fabric, exhibiting beght shade, good levelness and excellent color fastness and mechanical properties.
