摘 要:在Maxwell环境下对双转子(对转式)永磁直流电动机进行了有限元分析。得到了电机的静态磁场分布,两个转子电磁转矩及电枢绕组电感参数随电流和转子相对位置变化等静态特性。同时分析了电机动态特性,得到绕组电流、对转的两个转子各自所受的动态电磁转矩以及两个转子的转速随时间变化曲线。改变控制主电路中开关管提前导通角,减小了电磁转矩波动范围。为进一步检验对转结构永磁直流电动机的控制系统和电机优化设计的方案提供了途径。The dual-rotor(counter-rotating) permanent magnet DC motor was designed using finite element method based on Maxwell.The static characteristics of magnetostatic field distribution,curves of electromagnetic torque and inductance parameter with the change of currents and the relative position of rotors were calculated.The dynamic characteristics of motor was analyzed,curves of winding currents,dynamic electromagnetic torque applied to two rotors and speed of two rotors with the change of time were calculated.The scope of torque ripple was reduced by changing the advanced conduction angle of switch-tubes belongs to main control circuit.It provides approach for the further verification of the optimal design of dual-rotor permanent magnet DC motor control system and motor structure.
