摘 要:研究了采用碱性复合清洗剂通过一次清洗工艺对油水乳化液污染的纳米TiO2改性Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜进行化学清洗的可行性.通过通量恢复率、油截留率、SEM和FT-IR等分析手段表征了制备的复合清洗剂对改性陶瓷膜的清洗效果及化学清洗对纳米TiO2改性效果的影响.结果表明,采用制备的复合清洗剂对油水乳化液污染的改性陶瓷膜进行清洗后,可有效去除膜污染物,表现出良好的清洗效果,且清洗过程不会明显影响纳米TiO2对Al2O3陶瓷膜的改性效果.工业应用试验表明,冷轧乳化液含油废水污染的改性陶瓷膜,经碱性复合清洗剂清洗后,膜纯水通量恢复率和油水渗透通量恢复率分别可达到96.9%和98.1%.The feasibility for the chemical cleaning of nano TiO2 modified Al2O3 ceramic MF membranes fouled by oil/water emulsion was investigated in details,using the developed alkaline composite cleaning agent and through once-cleaning process.The measurements of recovery ratios of permeate flux,oil rejection rate,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)analyses were conducted to characterize the cleaning effect of developed cleaning agents and the influence of chemical cleaning process on the modification effects of nano TiO2.The results show that the prepared alkaline composite cleaning agent exhibits excellent cleaning effect and could remove the membrane foulants effectively.The chemical cleaning process does not affect the modification effects of nano TiO2 on Al2O3ceramic membrane.The industrial application cleaning tests were also conducted for modified Al2O3 membranes fouled by cold rolling emulsified oily wastewater from a steel mill.After cleaning,the permeate flux recovery ratios of pure water and oily water could reach 96.9%and 98.1%,respectively.
