医用充气式上、下肢约束套件的研制

摘　　要：目的:研制一种主要用于烦躁患者的有效约束装置。方法:采用柔软性材料制作成充气式约束套件。上肢约束套件分为手腕部套件和肘部套件,下肢约束套件分为脚部套件和膝部套件。其肘部套件和膝部套件配用的拉链组件可以根据患者肢体的粗细进行选择,上、下肢约束套件可以根据患者躁动的程度选择性地进行局部和组合的约束。结果:该充气式约束套件可对患者进行有效的约束,提高舒适度,减少意外事件的发生。结论:该装置设计精巧、材料舒适、操作方便、约束效果好,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To develop a restraint kit for the agitated patients. Methods The kit made of some soft material involved two parts for the upper and lower extremities. The part for upper extremities was composed of wrist assembles and elbow assembles, and the one for lower extremities consisted of foot assembles and knee assembles. The zippers at the elbow and knee assembles could be chosen according to the sizes of extremities, and the parts could be applied singly or jointly in case the degrees of dysphoria changed. Results The kit could restrain the patient effectively, with the comfort increased while the incidents decreased. Conclusion The kit behaves well in design, materials, operation and effectiveness, and thus is worth popularizing clinically.
