摘　　要：目的:探讨高原环境对呼吸机质量检测的影响,以提高高原环境下呼吸机的应用质量。方法:在成都、拉萨地区分别对2种型号的呼吸机各采集75例质量检测数据,参照《呼吸机质量检测技术规范(试行)》,对比分析质量检测结果。结果:通过实验,得出高原环境下呼吸机质量检测需要注意的相关事项。结论:该实验对高原环境下完善呼吸机质量检测、规范呼吸机临床使用具有一定的指导作用。Objective To explore the influences of plateau environment on the ventilator quality and to enhance its application in the plateau. Methods The quality detection data were acquired for two types of 75 ventilators in Chengdu and Lhasa. The quality detection results were compared according to Ventilator Quality Detection Technical Regulation（Trial Edition）. Results The experiments showed that there were some precautions for the ventilator quality detection in the plateau. Conclusion The experiments help to improve ventilator quality detection and standardize clinical utilization in the plateau.
