银川市某医院体检人群血清25-羟维生素D检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的对银川市某医院2 838例患者血清25-羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]检测结果进行分析和评价。方法采用电化学发光法测定患者血清25-(OH)D并进行统计分析,比较性别和不同年龄段及各临床类型间25-(OH)D水平有无差异性。结果所有研究对象25-(OH)D平均水平为(11.72±7.45)ng·mL-1,维生素D缺乏和不足者占86.43%,其中男性为(12.72±7.54)ng·mL-1,女性为(11.12±7.32)ng·mL-1,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将研究对象进行年龄段分层,25-(OH)D水平随着年龄的增加有逐渐降低的趋势,呈负相关(r=-0.13,P<0.05)。不同临床类型患者25-(OH)D营养状况分布也明显不同,25-(OH)D缺乏率最高的疾病主要有肾病和乳腺恶性肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论此院患者人群维生素D缺乏或不足的现象较严重,存在性别和年龄的差异,且维生素D水平随疾病类型不同而有差异,需引起临床高度重视。Objective To analyze and evaluate the serum 25 - （OH） D results of 2838 patients in a hospital in Yinchuan. Methods Serum 25 - （OH） D was tested by ECL and take in statistical analysis, the 25 - （OH） D level in different genders,ages and clinical types was compared. Results Average level of serum 25 - （OH） D of all the subject was 11.72 ＋ 7.45 ng ~ mL - t ; The lack and insufficient take accounts for 86.43%. In these patients ,average level of male was 12.72 -＋ 7.54 ng ~ mL-i , and female was 11.12 ＋ 7.32 ng ~ mL-]. The difference was statistically significant （t = 5.54, P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of 25 - （OH） D decreased while with the age increa- ses,level of 25 - （OH） D was negatively correlated with ages （ r = - 0. 13,P 〈 0.05 ）. Nutritional status of 25 - （OH） D was significant different in different clinical types, it was lowest in kidney disease and breast malignant tumors. There was statistically significant difference between groups （ X2 ~ 226.9,P 〈 0.05 ; F = 32.2, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Lack and insufficient of vitamin D in the hospital is serious, there is significant difference in age ,gender and diseases ,which should be paid close attention during clinical process.
