摘  要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司高炉节能降耗及低碳操作技术,通过应用地德外燃式热风炉和前置燃烧炉双余热、TRT余压发电、高炉煤气CCPP和煤气锅炉发电等技术,高炉能耗逐渐降低。采取精料技术、优化装料制度、调整送风制度、提高煤气利用率等措施后,高炉燃料比大幅度降低,为高炉低碳节能奠定了基础。The technology for operating the blast furnace of Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. based on low carbon and energy-saving and cost-reducing is introduced. The energy consumption is gradually cut down by applying such technologies as collecting two kinds of heat sources from the Didier external combustion hot stove and prepositive combustion furnace, the residual pressure power generation by gas pressure recovery turbine (TRT), the power generation by BF gas-steam combined cycle power plant(CCPP) and gas boiler. On the other hand, some new technologies such as applying the beneficiated burden materials, optimizing charging schedule, adjusting blowing system and improving gas utilization ratio are used and thus the fuel ratio of furnace blast is greatly decreased, which establishes the foundation for operation of the blast furnace based on low carbon and energy saving.
