摘  要:针对鞍钢冷轧厂2#线罩式炉煤气吨钢单耗高于同类型炉子的问题进行了分析,通过热平衡测试对比分析,找出了影响炉子吨钢单耗的主要因素,制定了相应改进措施,实施后降低了煤气消耗。The problem that the gas consumption for reheating per ton of steel in the bell-type furnace in No.2 production line of Cold Rolled Mill of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. is higher than that of other furnaces with the same type is analyzed. Based on the comparative analysis by heat balance testing the main factors for influencing the consumption in reheating per ton of steel is found out and thus the countermeasures are formulated. After these countermeasures are taken, the gas consumption is cut down.
