摘  要:分别选取白色、黑色和灰色3种涤纶基有机导电纤维长丝,比较3种纤维的抗静电性能和基本力学性能。并在此基础上,设计纬平针、罗纹和双面提花3种组织,共计9种织物,探讨织物组织结构、导电丝添加量以及水洗后对织物抗静电性能的影响。结果表明:添加复合导电丝后比未添加复合导电丝时的织物电荷面密度降低了50%;添加复合导电丝的提花组织比平针组织的织物抗静电性能好;导电丝的添加量对织物抗静电性能有一定的影响,但影响不是很大;洗涤50次后,织物的电荷面密度降低了13%。Based on the anti-static and the basic mechanical performance of 3 kinds of polyester based organic conductive filaments, 3 kinds of knitting stitches, i.e plain, rib and jacquard ,are designed and a total of 9 kinds of fabrics are knitted . The influence on the anti-static property is studied in terms of fabric structure, conductive wire amounts and the fabric after washing. The results show that: the addition of composite conductive fiber can re- duce fabric surface charge density by 50%; the jacquard stitch fabric with composite conductive fiber has good an- ti-static performance than the plain stitch one; adding amount of the conductive wire has some influence on the anti-static property of the fabric; after 50 times washing, surface charge density of fabric decreased by 13%.
