莫代尔、棉混纺及交织提花面料的开发

摘　　要：采用14.5 tex莫代尔、棉混纺纱(50∶50),以及18.0 tex莫代尔纱和纯棉色纱交织为原料,在4针道单面大圆机上开发两款新型提花面料。阐述原料规格、设备参数、织针排列、三角排列、意匠图等编织工艺,以及煮练、染色、定形等染整工艺及注意事项。给出面料基本技术参数,单面混纺纱提花面料,具有相互错开的连续菱形花纹;单面交织提花面料,具有小型方格效应外加小型横条花纹。所开发两款新颖面料,是制作高档T恤衫、时装的理想面料。The paper develops two new kinds of modal/cotton blended and inter-knitted jacquard knitted fabrics on single circular knitting machine by using 14.5 tex modal/cotton blended yarn （blended ratio is 50：50） and 18.0 tex modal/cotton yarn inter-knitted. It introduces in details of the knitting technology including raw material＇s speci- fication, equipment parameters, needle arrangement, cam arrangement and notation, and the dyeing and finishing technology which includes scouring, dyeing and setting and so on. In addition, the basic technical parameters are given. The results show that the blended jacquard fabric presents continuous argyle pattern, and the inter-knitted fabric has square shaped effect with horizontal stripe effect, which are the ideal materials for making high-grade T- shirts and fashion clothing.
