皂活素HK-8239在筒子纱染色后处理中的应用

摘　　要：将棉用皂活素HK-8239用于深色筒子纱染色后皂洗工艺，测试并分析了皂活素HK-8239用量、温度、时间对染色效果的影响，并将皂活素HK-8239皂洗工艺与传统皂洗工艺进行比较。结果表明，皂活素HK-8239皂洗工艺的最佳皂洗条件为：皂活素用量为0．7～0．9g／L，温度为95℃，时间为10min；皂活素处理后染色织物经固色后耐皂洗沾色牢度和耐干湿摩擦色牢度优于传统皂洗工艺：皂活素HK-8239皂洗工艺与传统工艺相比可省却4道水，而且废水色度浅，具有节能减排的效果。Soap activin HK-8239 for cotton was used for deep color cheese soaping process after dyeing. The effects of the dosage of soap aetivin HK-8239, temperature and time on dyeing effects were tested and analyzed, and soap aetivin HK-8239 soaping process was compared with traditional soaping process. The results show that the optimal soaping conditions of soap activin HK-8239 soaping process is that the dosage of soap activin HK-8239 is 0.7~0.9 g/L, temperature is 95 ~C, the time is 10 minutes; the soaping fastness and rubbing fastness of fabric treated by soap activin HK-8239 after fixation is better than that treated by traditional soaping process; soap ac- tivin HK-8239 soaping process can save four times water application, and color scale of waste water is light and it has the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.
