摘  要:设计搭建旋转式冲蚀实验装置,采用电化学方法,针对含硫污水腐蚀体系,考察了NH4HS质量分数、介质温度、Cl-质量浓度等对典型加氢空冷器管材10#碳钢冲刷腐蚀规律的影响;结合扫描电镜(SEM)分析腐蚀产物膜形貌,揭示10#碳钢发生腐蚀的内在机制。结果表明,在质量分数5.0%NH4HS溶液中,10#碳钢表面形成致密的腐蚀产物膜;随着NH4HS质量分数的增加,腐蚀产物膜厚度增加,但出现的龟裂和疏松现象,降低了对金属基体的保护作用;随着介质温度的升高,腐蚀产物膜致密度下降,易发生脱落;腐蚀产物膜受Cl-侵蚀会成蜂窝状,流速大于3.5m/s时,10#碳钢的腐蚀速率随Cl-质量浓度的增加而迅速升高。The erosion-corrosion rotary experiment device was designed and built to research the erosion-corrosion rules of 10^#carbon steel,which was commonly used in the reactor effluent air cooler(REAC).Based on the electrochemical test and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the erosion-corrosion rate of 10^#carbon steel and the morphology of corrosion product were analyzed by considering the NH4 HS mass fraction,system temperature and chlorine ion mass concentration.The results showed that the dense corrosion product film was formed on the surface of 10^#carbon steel when it was in 5.0%NH4HS solution,and with the increase of NH4 HS mass fraction the thickness of the product film increased,however,the film would become loose and cracked,which reduced its protective effect to metal base.The density of the corrosion product film decreased with the temperature rising and the shedding phenomenon finally occurred.The honeycomb morphology of product film appeared due to the chloride ion penetration.When the velocity of NH4 HS solution was more than 3.5m/s,the corrosion rate of 10^#carbon steel increased rapidly with the increase of chloride ion mass concentration in solution.
