摘 要:针对传统单相Boost功率因数校正变换器开关管工作在硬开关状态时存在较大开关损耗的缺点,设计了一款平均电流控制型单相Boost ZVT-PWM变换器.在剖析了该变换器工作原理的基础上,对其主电路中谐振网络及控制电路的关键参数进行了分析与设计,并利用Saber软件对该电路系统的性能进行了仿真验证.结果表明,文中所提Boost ZVT-PWM变换器可有效地提高电路系统的功率因数、降低开关损耗,同时可较好地解决功率开关管中电流和电压的交叠问题.Due to the drawbacks of high switching losses in the conventional single - phase Boost power factor correction(PFC) converter, where the switching device operates in hard- switching state, a new kind topology named single - phase Boost ZVT - PWM converter is designed, where an average current mode control technique for pulse width modulation(PWM) dc -de converters is introduced, and the working principle of the converter is analyzed in detail. Then, some key parameters of the resonant network in main circuit and control circuit, are analyzed and designed respectively, and the performance of the circuit system is researched by Saber simula- tions. The results show that the proposed Boost ZVT - PWM converter can offer perfect power factor and reduce switching losses in some degree. What's more, the proposed converter serves a good solution to the cross -cut- ting issues of the current and voltage on switching device.
