摘 要:氮氧化物对环境和人体有很严重的伤害,随着法规对氮氧化物排放要求越来越严厉,脱硝问题越来越受到重视。今用臭氧预氧化模拟烟气中的氮氧化物,进而分别采用氢氧化钠和双氧水溶液作为吸收剂,在旋转填充床中进行氮氧化物的吸收研究,考察了操作条件及不同添加剂对脱硝率的影响。结果表明:脱硝率随着O3/NOx摩尔比、吸收剂浓度的增大而增大,随着气液比的增大而减小,而随着旋转床转速的增大,脱硝率先增大后减小。确定最优的工艺条件为O3/NOx摩尔比为0.6,吸收剂浓度为0.025 mol·L-1,旋转床转速为800 r·min-1,气液比为14:1,此时NaOH吸收剂的脱硝率可达到80%,H2O2吸收剂的脱硝率可达85%。在NaOH吸收剂中添加高锰酸钾、双氧水等氧化剂均能有效提高吸收过程的脱硝率。Nitrogen oxide (NOx) can significantly harm the environment and human body. With the enforcement of more stringent regulations, there is an urgent need to have a cost-effective denitration method. Simulated flue gas containing NOx (NO and air) was pre-oxidized by O3 and absorbed by NaOH or H2O2 solution in a rotating packed bed (RPB) in this study. The effects of different operation conditions and additives on denitration efficiency were investigated. It was found that denitration efficiency increases with increasing O3/NOx molar ratio, absorbent concentration and liquid/gas ratio, and increases at first and then decreases with increasing rotation speed. The optimum operation conditions were determined as O3/NOx molar ratio of 0.6, absorbent concentration of 0.025 mol·L-1, rotation speed of 800 r·min-1, and gas-liquid ratio of 14:1, and under above conditions, the denitration efficiency reaches 80% and 85% with NaOH and H2O2 as absorbents respectively. The addition of KMnO4 or H2O2 in NaOH absorbent has a positive effect on denitration.
