摘 要:采用计算流体力学的方法,对双氧水萃取过程中,筛板之间插入聚集板填料的强化作用进行了模拟计算。通过与传统筛板条件下分散相油滴的运动特性比较,发现插入聚集板填料后,能够显著增加分散相油滴在连续相水相中的停留时间和油滴的分散程度。模拟结果显示,直径为3 mm的单个筛孔,入孔速度为0.2 m·s-1的情况下,插入聚集板填料前后油滴在水相的平均停留时间由3.2 s增加至5.6 s。在多孔进料的情况下,随着聚集板填料表面与分散相油滴之间浸润性的变化,分散相油滴的展开也不同。结果发现浸润性好的情况下有利于分散相油滴的展开,从而有利于萃取的进行。The intensification of hydrogen peroxide extraction process by inserted structured aggregation packing between two sieve trays was studied using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. Comparing the CFD results with conventional sieve tray column, it was found that the inserted structured aggregation packing presents great advantage on improving mean residence time and dispersion degree of droplet. Simulation results indicate that the mean residence time of dispersed droplet in the continuous water phase is increased from 3.2 s to 5.6 s, when the hole entering velocity of dispersed phase is 0.2 m·s-1 and the diameter of the single sieve tray hole is 3 mm. Further analysis of wetting behavior between the surface of structured packing and dispersed droplet was conducted on the case of multi-hole sieve tray. The results indicate that good wettability is beneficial for the dispersion of droplet and enhance the extraction process.
