某铜矿泥综合回收铜的选矿工艺及工程化实施方案研究

摘  要:某铜矿电铜厂产生矿泥含Cu 1.3%,含Ag 11.78 g/t,为综合利用该矿泥中的有价元素,在矿泥性质研究基础之上,进行了一系列条件试验研究,最终采用分级再磨-硫化-混合浮选的工艺流程对矿泥中的铜进行了选矿回收,试验室闭路试验获得铜精矿中含Cu 14.88%,Cu回收率为46.79%,铜精矿中的Ag回收率为61.61%。确定了该工艺经济合理的实施方案,预计需要投入资金约75.2万元,年产铜精矿含铜41.6 t,精矿含银47.12 kg,年效益为114.5万元。A copper mines slime cotains Cu 1. 3% and Ag 11. 78 g /t. Based on the ore properties of the slime,a series of test was conducted. The finally principles process of recovering Cu and Ag is classification,grinding,sulfuration and flotation. A copper concentration containing Cu 14. 88% was obtained from the closed-circuit test,and the recovery of Cu and Ag are 46. 79% and 61. 61%,respectively. Based on the mine plan,compared two implement schemes,it obtained a better implement schemes,which will cost 752,000 yuan,and provide a technical support for enterprise management decision. Through the project,41. 6 t copper concentration and 47. 12 kg siliver concentration can be obtained every year and its profits can reach 1,145,000 yuan.
