摘　　要：培养学生的综合素质与创新能力是现阶段我国药学高等教育的根本目标。根据我国的科学发展水平、高等药学专业和部队药学人才的特点,对课程体系、教学内容和方法进行改革,改变传统的药学人才培养模式,构建合理的教学方案,培育适应社会和部队需要的药学复合型人才。Cultivation of students＇ comprehensive quality and innovation ability is the fundamental goal of pharmacy higher education at present. Based on the level of scientific development and the characteristics of higher pharmacy and military pharmacy talents in China nowadays,a reform of curriculum system,teaching content and teaching methods was introduced to change the traditional pharmacy personnel training mode,construct reasonable teaching programs and foster compound pharmaceutical talents according with the social and military development.
