摘　　要：取消药品加成及如何建立科学补偿机制已成为公立医院必须面对的问题。军队医院如何建立科学补偿机制,和地方公立医院相比,既有共性,又有不同。本文通过对两所军队医院进行调研访谈,并结合相关文献政策,从医院收入、医院发展、为军服务水平、人才培养入手,分析军队医院面临的问题;并从符合军队特点的补偿支付角度入手,针对军队及地方财政补偿、提高医疗服务价格和强化医保补偿体系三个方面深入探讨,为建立符合军队医院特点的科学补偿机制提供参考。Canceling drug addition and how to establish scientific compensation mechanism have become an inevitable trend in public hospitals. Military hospitals are facing the same problems,but quite different from local public hospitals. Based on the interview of two military general hospitals and combined with the literature reviews,this paper analyzed the dilemma of military hospitals from four aspects： The income of hospitals,development of hospitals,service quality for the army and personnel training. The article also explored the corresponding measures from three aspects： The army and local financial compensation,The price of medical services and Strengthen of the health care system,to provide suggestion on how to set up scientific compensation mechanisms in military hospitals.
