摘　　要：本文以医院为部队服务的实践为依据,重点在狠抓教育,不断夯实为部队服务的思想基础;破解难题,建立紧贴部队官兵需求的一体化服务保障格局;紧跟实战需要、提高保障打赢、服务部队能力等三个方面,总结和探讨了在做好为部队服务工作中的做法及需要把握的问题。对提高医院服务部队、保障打赢有较强的借鉴作用。The author took the recent hospital practice as the basis for serving the army, paid close attention to focus on education which can reinforce the ideological basis for the military services, solved problems in order to build close to the troops to protect the pattern of demand for integrated services and keeping real need to improve guarantee winning. The issue of the method and grasped problems for the troops service were summarized and discussed. The method can provide a strong reference for improving hospital services to guarantee to win.
