摘　　要：人民调解机制是近年来出现的新的解决医疗纠纷的方式,本文通过总结工作实践,探讨医疗机构如何在人民调解制度下做好医疗服务补救工作;并提出工作思路:重视人民调解,缓解诉讼压力;认识调解优势,加强宣传引导;成立相应机构,培训专职人员;积极主动参与,争取各方理解;注重服务补救,构建和谐社会。People＇s mediation mechanism is a new method proposed to deal with medical disputes. In the article,the author discussed how to complete the remediation of medical services in Medical Institutions through summarizing practical experience. Then the work guideline was made,which included paying more attention to people＇s mediation and reducing lawsuit,realizing mediation＇s strengths,strengthening publicity guidance,setting up corresponding institutional,training professional staff,and actively take part in it,earn all parties support,attaching importance to remediation services,constructing harmonious society.
