摘　　要：绩效分配管理是医院管理的核心,也是推动医院发展的杠杆和倍增器。本文阐述绩效分配管理的系统构建、核算与分配的流程设计、指标权重分值的设定、数据抓取的方法及重点把握的问题等内容,以期为医院的可持续发展提供支撑和借鉴。The management of performance distribution was the core of hospital management,also the lever and multiplier to promote hospital development. The article introduced the contents such as constructing the management system of performance distribution,designing the procedure of accounting and distribution,setting the scores of index weight,the method of data capture and the key question of system and so on. So as to provide support and reference for hospital sustainable development.
