摘  要:随着中国经济和社会的快速发展,医院正面临着越来越激烈的竞争。建立自身的竞争资本、求得持续稳定快速发展,是现代医院面临和必须解决的问题。员工的学习与成长是医院持续发展的深层潜力,实现医院员工学习与成长的重要措施就是培训。本文从医院培训的重要性、培训体系的建立和活动的开展,以及培训效果评估机制,介绍医院系统性培训的思路和方法。With the rapid development of China's economy and society,hospitals are now facing more fierce competition. It is important to find out how to build up core competence and achieve steady and fast development. The study and cultivation of hospital staff are the potential capability for the hospital sustainable development. The article introduced the thinking and methods of systematical training in certain hospital from the following aspects: the significance of hospital training,the establishment and development of training system,the evaluation mechanism on the training effect.
