摘　　要：研究型医院是军队医院持续发展、创新发展、科学发展的重要组成部分,教学工作是教学医院的基本职能和特色优势。本文探讨在推进教学医院向研究型医院转变过程中,教学对基于临床需求的创新能力形成的作用功能;提出基于研究型医院建设需求的教学管理的着力点,包括教学工作理念的创新和教学管理生态环境建设;阐述实施教学管理须坚持的基本原则。Research-oriented hospital is an important part of the sustainable and scientific development of military hospital. Teaching work is the basic function and special advantage of teaching hospital. The article discussed the function of teaching on the formation of innovation of clinic demands,provided the basic points of teaching management in research- oriented hospital construction,which included teaching work idea,ecological construction of teaching management,interpreted the basic principle during the operation of teaching management.
