摘　　要：目的分析某军医大学第二批军队预选卫生士官学员在校4个月前后中医体质变化情况,探讨军校综合环境对其中医体质的影响,为培养模式调整提供依据。方法采用《中医体质分类与判定》标准,对预选卫生士官进行在校前后两次流行病学调查并进行对比分析。结果调查结果显示,平和质(χ2=5.668,P<0.05)比例有所下降,而偏颇体质中,气虚质(χ2=10.931,P<0.01)、湿热质(χ2=3.989,P<0.05)与特禀质(χ2=13.262,P<0.001)三种体质占比处于上升状态,阳虚质(χ2=9.209,P<0.01)与阴虚质(χ2=9.246,P<0.01)比率明显下降。结论军校综合环境对预选卫生士官的中医体质产生一定影响,为对其进行健康干预提供依据。Objective To analyze the changes of TCM constitution of the second batch of medical noncommissioned officer trainees preselected in a Military Medical University four months before and after,is for exploring the comprehensive environmental impact on TCM constitution and provide the basis for the next training mode.Methods conduct epidemiological investigations and comparative analysis for preselected Medical Noncommissioned Officer Trainees before and after the two non- commissioned officers by ＂Chinese constitution classification and judgment＂standards. Results The survey results show that the ratio of balanced constitution（ χ^2= 5. 668,P〈0. 05） has declined,while the ratios of qi deficiency constitution（ χ^2= 10. 931,P〈0. 01） 、heat dampness constitution（ χ^2= 3. 989,P〈0. 05） and inherited special constitution（ χ^2= 13. 262,P〈0. 001） are in the rising proportion of state,on the contrary,the ratios of yang deficiency constitution（ χ2= 9. 209,P〈0. 01） and yin deficiency（ constitution χ2= 9. 246,P〈0. 01） decreased significantly. Conclusion Military academy comprehensive environmental medicine does have some impact on the physical aspects of the pre- health noncommissioned officers. To provide the evidence of health interventions for the next step.
