摘　　要：从军队离退休干部的基本健康状况、心理状况及中医养生学具有整体身心调节及简便易行的优势等方面,论述开展中医养生教育的必要性,提出在军队离退休干部中开展中医养生教育提升生活质量的相应措施。Cadres retired from the army have the advantages of basic health status,psychological status and health preserving of TCM,which is helpful to the overall physical and mental adjustment and easy. The article discussed the necessity to carry out health education of traditional Chinese medicine; put forward countermeasures for the army retired cadres carrying out the TCM education to improve the life quality.
