Comparative Studies of the Characteristics of the Flow Field Near the Paddle in a Stirred Vessel with Eccentric Impeller

摘  要:利用CFD软件对直径为60mm的平底圆柱形无挡板搅拌槽内六直叶圆盘涡轮桨(DT)和六斜叶圆盘涡轮桨(60°IBT、45°IBT)在不同偏心率下近桨区的流场进行了分析与对比,定性地说明偏心对近桨区流场的影响。结果表明,随着偏心率的增大轴向速度先增大后减小;与之相反,径向速度先减小后增加,且轴向速度与径向速度的变化呈现此消彼长的趋势;而周向速度的变化较轴向速度、径向速度变化复杂。三种倾角的桨叶中,受偏心率影响最大的是DT桨,最小的是45°IBT桨。The flow field near the three paddles,which is six straight blade disk turbine(DT)and six pitched blade disk turbine(60IBT and 45IBT),in a flat cylindrical mixing tank without baffles,whose diameter is 60 mm,was studied by CFD software.Through analyzing and comparing the flow field,the paper illustrated the effect of the eccentricity on it qualitatively.The results show that with the increase of the eccentricity,the axial velocity first increases and then decreases;On the contrary,the radial velocity first decreases and then increases,and more importantly,the change of the axial and radial velocity shows the shift in the trend;Compared with the former two,the tangential velocity varies complicated.Of the three disc turbines,the most affected by the eccentricity is DT,and the least affected is 45 IBT.
