摘　　要：以当今国内人力资源管理研究理论为基础,构建工程项目人力资源综合能力评价体系,提出适合建筑企业在项目上实施的人力资源管理优化方案。Based on current domestic research about human resource management theory, we set up an evaluation system of human resource comprehensive ability for engineering projects and put forward an optimization scheme for construction enterprises, which should be suitable for human resource in engineering project management.
