摘 要:本研究以低温和正常温度分期播种方式,调查157份花生种质资源在田间播后12d、17d和22d的出苗情况,初步建立花生种质资源的苗期耐低温性鉴定方法。研究结果表明,花生种质资源在低温和正常温度下的出苗情况存在显著差异,低温较正常温度下出苗时间推迟5d以上,播种后17d为花生出苗调查的最佳时间;相对出苗率80%可作为花生种质资源耐低温性鉴定标准,并根据相对出苗率将花生种质资源划分为不耐、低耐、中耐、高耐4个等级。筛选获得12份高耐低温花生种质资源,为花生育种和生产奠定物质材料基础。157peanut germplasms were sown in the field in two different sowing time,including lowtemperature time and normal-temperature time respectively,so as to investigate their emergence rate,average emergence rate and relative emergence rate after sowed 12 days,17days and 22 days.The result showed that remarkable difference was existed among 157 peanut germplasms with tolerance to low temperature,and seeding emergence time delayed 5days when peanut were sowed in low-temperature time.The analysis of statistics showed that 17 days after sowing was the most suitable time to investigate seedling emergence rate,and 80%of relative emergence rate could be the criteria to identify the tolerance to low temperature.And the preliminary method for screening peanut low temperature tolerance was constructed.In this study,12 peanut varieties with high tolerance to low temperature were acquired,which were important material base for subsequent study and practical application.
