摘　　要：针对快速变化的地理环境实体的数据采集作业,首先基于Android平台的二次开发技术进行了研究,分析了Android平台的开发框架和开发环境搭建流程;然后,针对数据采集作业进行了需求分析,设想了一种基于Android平台的数据采集系统,提出了该系统的逻辑设计和功能模块设计;最后,对所设想的系统进行了技术验证和效果实现。该系统的设计与实现对数据采集作业方式具有重要的技术参考价值。In view of the rapid changes on the data collection work of geographical entity,firstly,the paper studies the secondary development technology based on the Android platform,analyzing the development framework and the development environment to build process of the Android platform. Then,aiming at the demand analysis on the data collection work,imagines a data acquisition system based on the Android platform,and puts forward the logical design and the function module design of the system. Finally,makes the technical verification and effect implementation on the envisioned system. The design and implementation of the system has important technology reference value for the data acquisition practices.
