临床护理路径在胃癌围手术期的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床护理路径在胃癌围手术期的应用效果。方法选择我院2011年1月至2013年1月期间诊治的86例胃癌患者并分为两组各43例,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以临床护理路径,观察两组的护理效果。结果研究组的住院时间、下床活动时间、医疗费用、疾病知识达标率等均优于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高达100.00%,显著高于对照组的86.05%(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用于胃癌围手术期患者疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period of gastric cancer. Methods 86 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the research group were given Clinical nursing pathway. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The research group was superior to the control group in the length of hospital stay, out of bed activity time, medical costs and standard-reaching rate of knowledge of disease （all P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of research group was 100.00%, significantly higher than 86.05% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway during perioperative period has significant effect for patients with gastric cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
