摘 要:通过相转变乳化法制得聚酯乳液,检测了乳液粒径和机械稳定性。将该聚酯乳液涂层于棉织物,实现了分散染料对棉织物的热升华转移印花。测试了染料的转移率与皂洗前后织物上染料保留率,研究了氰胺树脂、水性氮丙啶高分子和交联剂EH对印花织物水洗牢度的影响。结果表明,聚酯乳液涂层有利于纯棉转移印花;涂层液中添加交联剂EH后,分散染料由纸向织物的平均染料转移率和皂洗前后织物上的平均保留率分别提高9.89%和34.99%。A polyester emulsion was prepared with the method of phase inversion.The particle size and the mechanical stability of the emulsion were determined.The polyester emulsion was coated in cotton fabrics to achieve heat sublimation transfer printing of disperse dyes on cotton fabrics.The dye transfer rate and dye retention on the fabric were measured before and after soaping,and the effects of melamine resin,water-based aziridine polymer and cross-linking agent EH on the washing fastness of the printed fabric were investigated.The results showed that the cotton fabric coated with polyester emulsion could be printed by heat sublimation of disperse dyes,and after the cross-linking agent EH added in the coating liquid,the dye transfer rate from paper to fabric and dye retention on the fabric after washing increased by 9.89%and 34.99%.
