翻领内外差修正量定量分析

摘　　要：在相同版型条件下制作翻领,选取不同测试观察点,测量不同位置的内外差数据,并对数据进行比较,再修正版型并比较翻领造型。通过定量分析,得出结论:同种丝绺翻领版型各点的变化值呈显著相关性,面料厚度是影响翻领内外差的重要因素,翻领版型内外差与厚度呈定量关系。The lapels of the same pattern cutting were measured from different viewpoints for internal and external data differences.The tested data were compared and then the label version was corrected.The quantitative analysis of the results indicated that the differences were largely related to the fabric grain of the same pattern cutting of lapels.The fabric thickness was the key factor leading to the differences of the pattern cutting.The internal and external differences of lapels were a quantitative relationship between the thicknesses.
