摘　　要：校、院(系)领导干部与学生座谈制度是新形势下大学生思想政治教育的方式创新和载体创新,是保持思想政治教育生机和活力的有效途径。座谈制度在大学生思想政治教育中具有价值导向、精神激励、情绪疏导、优化学生思想认知、营造良好育人氛围,增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和有效性等作用。Leader-students forum system is the method and carrier innovation of students＇ ideological and political education under new situation,and an effective way to maintain the vigor and vitality of ideological and political education as well. The forum system plays an important role in students＇ value orientation,spiritual motivation,emotional adjustment,cognitive optimization,building a good educational environment and enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of college students＇ ideological and political education.
