后装合一体制下保障机关建设研究

摘　　要：分析师以下部队后装合一新体制给保障机关联合保障所带来的新挑战,以及后装合一体制运行近2年来保障机关工作中存在的突出问题,并对如何加强保障机关建设、不断提高保障机关的综合保障效益提出对策建议。The paper analyzes the new challenges of support authorities in implementing joined support under the new system of integrated logistics and equipment, and major problems existed in support authorities＇work during the recent 2 years when the system of integrated logistics and equipment is carried out, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of support authorities and improving their comprehensive support efficiency.
