摘  要:在介绍钢铁企业轧机、电弧炉、钢包炉等典型非线性负荷特征的基础上,分析了无功功率和谐波等电能问题及治理措施,以及典型无功补偿成套装置的运行原理及应用效果,比较SVC、MCR、STATCOM装置的性能和优缺点;并对无功补偿技术及其发展前景作了展望。In this paper,the electrical energy issues such as the reactive power and the harmonics and its harnessing measures are analyzed on the basis of introducing the typical non-linear load features in rolling mill,electric arc furnace and ladle furnace of steel iron enterprise. The operation principle and application result of typical reactive power compensation device are also presented.The performance,advantage and disadvantage of SVC,MCR,STATCOM are compared. and the prospects of such reactive power compensation technology and its development are made.
