摘  要:35 kV及以上的高压并联电容器装置具有电容器装置容量大、串段多、电容器台数多的特点。目前,常用保护方式的灵敏度不能满足装置的安全运行要求,已有不少事故发生。而且标准要求电容器自断电后5 s内端电压降到50 V以下,这就要求必须配备放电线圈,而很多情况下,电容器采用的保护方式对放电线圈是没有任何保护措施的,放电线圈本身故障引起的事故也较多。基于单台电容器电容量监测及放电线圈二次侧电压监测,研制了一种35 kV及以上的高压并联电容器装置的新型保护方式。该保护方式既可对电容器装置可靠保护,同时也可以实现对放电线圈的有效保护。High voltage shunt capacitor installation at 35 kV and above has such features as large capacity,more series sections and more sets of number. At present,the sensitivity of common protection mode can't meet the safe operation requirement of the device and some accidents have happened. The standard requests the internal terminal voltage of capacitor should reduce down to below 50 V within 5 s after deenergization of the capacitor,and this requires a discharge coil to be equipped. In many cases,the protection mode adopted by the capacitor does not have any protection measure to the discharge coil and the fault of discharge coil itself also leads to many accidents.A kind of new protection mode for high voltage shunt capacitor at 35 kV and above is developed based on the capacitance monitoring of single unit of capacitor and the secondary side voltage monitoring of discharge coil. This protection not only performs the reliable protection of capacitor,but also realizes the effective protection of the discharge coil.
