摘　　要：2014年2月，美元指数振荡走低；主要货币短期利率基本持平；主要国家中长期国债收益率先升后降；主要股指大幅上涨。In February 2014, the US Dollar index went down with fluctuations; the short-term Libor of major currencies remained almost unchanged; the major countries＇ mid- and long-term T-bond yields showed an inverted V-shaped trend; the major stock indexes went up sharply.
