摘 要:基于重合器与电压-时间型分段器配合馈线自动化系统应用需要,研究其参数整定问题,对该系统运行中故障处理全过程进行模拟。提出了当前运行方式下各开关的动作判据,故障发生后以电源开关跳闸作为计数启动条件,在每一时间断面遍历系统中的所有开关,根据判断条件确定该时刻各个开关是否需要动作,基于此原理对整个故障处理过程进行模拟演示,完成对开关整定参数的校验工作。利用VC++平台开发了故障情景模拟软件,给出具体的软件流程。该软件能够预演任意线路发生瞬时故障、永久故障的故障处理策略。结合实例对软件进行了说明。To visually demonstrate the application of feeder automation based on mutual coordination of recloser with voltage-time type sectionalizer and research the parameter setting of such feeder automation system,the whole process operation for fault is simulated and Criterion of each switch is proposed for current operation mode.The tripping of the power is taken as the count start condition when fault occurs,and all switches are been traversaled in each time section,the action of each switch is determined according to the judging conditions in the moment.A fault simulation software based on VC++6.0 is developed and the software process is given.The fault handling strategy is previewed when any line instantaneous or permanent faults occurs.The example is given to illustrate the software.
