摘 要:为满足新疆电力公司带电检测示范工程的建设要求,通过ANSYS仿真计算和现场试验,设计了110 kV电压等级GIS中包括金属尖端和悬浮电位在内的2种实体缺陷,测定了缺陷在运行条件下的放电特性。发现与外置式传感器相比,内置式传感器测量结果不易受环境噪声的影响,缺陷识别结果准确度高。在本文研究范围内,传感器与放电源距离并未对测得信号特性有明显影响。尖端缺陷起始局放电压低,放电发生相位较分散,主要在电压极性反转时刻,放电幅值相对较小;悬浮电位缺陷下放电主要发生在峰值电压附近,放电幅值相对较大。另外,还研究对比了金属尖端缺陷在不同充装气压下的局部放电特征。To satisfy the requirements of demonstration project in Xinjiang Electric Power Corporation,two types of defects in 110kV GIS are designed based on the ANSYS simulation results including the metallic protrusion and the floating potential.The characteristics of discharge are measured under operating conditions.It is found that results of the built-in type sensor are less than that of external type,and the recognition accuracy of the former is higher.Characteristics of the measured signals hardly changes with the variation of distance between the sensor and the discharge source within research scope.As for the discharge characteristics,inception voltage of the protrusion defect is lower than that of the floating defect.Moreover,discharges in the protrusion defect are dispersed in the whole voltage cycle,mostly around the time of polarity reversal,and with relatively low amplitudes.Besides,discharges in the floating effect are mostly around the time of peak voltage,and with relatively high amplitudes.Moreover,the characteristics of metallic protrusion with different filled gas pressure are observed in detail.
