超临界机组试运期间水汽品质的改善

摘　　要：超临界机组具有参数高、机组热效率高和汽水品质要求高等特点,新建机组在调试期间尽快改善汽水品质。详细介绍了新建超临界机组在化学清洗、点火前水冲洗、蒸汽吹管和整套启动阶段改善汽水品质优化方法和控制要点。机组满负荷试运阶段运行结果证明,这些方法和措施能有效改善机组汽水品质,使其尽早达标,可满足超临界机组运行工况要求。The supercritical units are characterized by high parameters,high thermal efficiency and high steam-water quality.It is important to improve the steam-water quality of the new units during the commissioning.The ways and control elements are introduced for improving steam-water quality of new supercritical units during the trial run of chemical cleaning,water flushing,boiler steam blowing and integral startup.The integral startup steam-water quality proves that these measurements can improve the steam-water quality and meet the design requirements.
