摘 要:为解决水工建筑物在高流速或高含沙量作用下的磨蚀破坏,设计了一种嵌套式的抗磨防护体,该防护体具有施工简单,铺设效率高的特点。通过结构分析,设计“纺锤形”的抗磨防护体,利用混凝土制作了防护体,并采用环氧金刚砂涂层制作防护体的抗磨面层,防护体可互相嵌套在一起形成一个整体的抗冲刷层。为了验证防护体的抗磨性能和整体性,开展了现场冲刷试验,试验结果表明嵌套式抗磨防护体的不仅抗冲性能良好,而且组装后具有整体性,可有效的防止单个防护体被冲失而造成抗冲刷层的破坏。To prevent the hydraulic structures from abrasion damage due to high velocity or high sediment concentration of flow, nested brick for anti-corrosion was designed. The advantage of the brick is simple and high efficiency construction. The spindle shape brick is designed according to structural analysis. Then the brick is made from concrete,whose surface is covered by epoxy emery for anti-abrasion. On the other hand,the bricks nest each other and form an integral layer for anti-corrosion. In order to verify the anti-erosion performance and the integrity of the anticorrosion brick, brushing test is performed. The results show that the bricks have better anti-erosion performance and integrity than convention- al ones. The integral anti-erosion layer will not be destroyed, because of the single brick can not washouted.
