南水北调中线邢石段取消岳村排水渡槽方案论证

摘　　要：南水北调中线总干渠与石家庄市防洪堤间形成一处较大封闭区域，总面积3．12km^2。在初步设计中，该区域洪水通过岳村排水渡槽和三环路南侧的公路边沟排向右岸。在该段渠道工程实施过程中，因部分康庄和岳村段由明渠变更为暗渠，增加了洪沥水下泄通道，原岳村排水渡槽的汇流面积也由原设计的2．29km^2减小至0．48km^2，原有设计功能大大减弱。为此，根据实际情况重新对该区域左岸排水分区和排水通道进行分析，在满足左岸排水安全要求的前提下，对原岳村排水渡槽的取消进行论证。A large enclosed areas is 3. 12 km^2 in total, which is formed between the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Proiict and the levee in Shijiazhuang. In the preliminary design of the main channel, the regional flood discharged through Yueeun drainage aqueduct and the Third Ring road to the right bank of the ditch row. During the process of this channel project implementation, because part of the Kangzhuang drainage aqueduct and Yuecun drainage aqueduct changed from open channels to culverts,increasing the flood channel draining discharged. Confluence area of Yuecun drainage aqueduct reduce from 2. 29 km^2 to 0.48 km^2 and original design features greatly weakened. According to the ac- tual situation, this thesis reanalyzed the drainage district and drainage channels on the left bank of drainage. And argumentaed the cancel mountain village rationality under the premise to meet the requirements of the left bank of the drainage.
