摘  要:针对山海关船舶重工有限责任公司1号、2号船坞2台主水泵出现异常振动并造成转动部分上窜、传动装置推力轴承损毁等故障进行分析,认为主水泵固定部分垂直同轴度偏差过大、基础环埋设水平偏差严重超标、长期运行淹没深度不足等是造成上述故障的主要原因,提出了主水泵应急大修初步处理措施,并建议该水泵机组必须进行全面技术更新改造,选用合适的泵型,严格安装质量标准和程序,运行管理人员应严格执行水泵操作运行,加强设备维护保养,确保设备长期安全高效运行。In view of the Shanhaiguan ship heavy industry limited liability company 1#,2 # dock 2 sets of main pump abnormal vibration caused by the rotating part and channeling, transmission device of thrust bearing damage failure analysis, That the main pump fixed part of vertical con- centricity deviation is too large, the foundation ring buried horizontal deviation serious exceed the standard, long-term operation under submergence depth are main cause of the fault, The main pump emergency overhaul preliminary treatment measures, And suggested that the pump units must conduct a comprehensive technical renovation, Selection of pump type suitable, Strict installation quality standards and procedures,Operation management personnel should strictly implement the water pump operation, To strengthen equipment maintenance, to ensure the long-term safe and efficient operation of equipment.
