摘　　要：目的了解马鞍山市男男性行为人群艾滋病性病流行现状以及艾滋病、安全套相关知识知晓情况,以确定健康教育的重点。方法采用"滚雪球"的方式接触目标人群,进行一对一问卷调查,并对调查对象采集血标本进行艾滋病病毒与梅毒检测。结果共收集男男同性恋者合格问卷274份,检测200人,调查结果显示男男性行为人群对艾滋病基本知识总知晓率为85.9%,男用安全套相关知识总知晓率为94.1%;最近1次与同性性交使用安全套的比例为55.5%,最近1次与同性发生商业性行为使用安全套的比例为9.9%,最近1次与异性性交使用安全套的比例14.2%;最近6个月与同性性交每次坚持使用安全套的比例40.1%,最近6个月与同性发生商业性行为每次坚持使用安全套的比例41.2%,最近6个月与异性性交每次坚持使用安全套的比例32.3%。接受过安全套宣传和发放/艾滋病咨询与检测服务比例83.9%,接受过同伴教育的占84.3%,最近1年接受过艾滋病检测的为198人(72.3%),其中知道检测结果的占接受过艾滋病检测的97.0%。此次检出HIV阳性者7人,感染率为3.5%;梅毒感染者22人,感染率为11.0%。结论马鞍山市MSM人群对艾滋病和安全套知识认知水平较高,但安全套使用率仍然较低,需开展有针对性的宣传教育和干预工作。Objective To explore the epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted disease（ STD）,and the awareness rate of AIDS and condom related knowledge among men who have sex with men（ MSM） in Ma＇anshan City in Anhui Province,and to identify the key of AIDS health education. Methods A face to face questionnaire interview was conducted among MSM by snowball sampling method. Blood samples were collected to take HIV and Syphilis tests.Results Two hundred and seventy-four MSM were interviewed and 200 blood samples were collected. The total awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and condom related knowledge among MSM were 85. 9% and 94. 1% respectively. In the latest sexual intercourse,55. 5% of MSM used condom with male partners,14. 2% used condom with female partners. The rate of condom use in the latest commercial homosexual service was 9. 9%. In the past six months,the rate of condom use during each homosexual,heterosexual and commercial homosexual service were 40. 1%,32. 3% and 41. 2%,respectively. The proportion of MSM who received condom education and distribution,or HIV testing and counseling service was83. 9%,and the proportion of MSM who received peer education was 84. 3%. One hundred and ninety-eight people had received HIV detections in the past year,97% of them knew their test results and 14 cases of STD were detected,including10 gonorrhea cases and 4 syphilis cases. In this investigation,the infection rate was 3. 5% for HIV（ 7 cases）,and 11. 0%for syphilis（ 22 cases）. Conclusions The MSM has a general knowledge about HIV /AIDS and condom,but has a low rate of the condom use. It is necessary to enhance health education and intervention among MSM.
