北海市女性性服务工作者知识行为和HIV/STD感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解北海市不同档次女性性服务工作者人口学特征、对艾滋病相关知识的掌握、行为特点、安全套使用情况及性病艾滋病感染情况,为制定符合当地该人群实际情况的行为干预策略提供参考。方法采用分层方便抽样的方法对北海市海城区33家高、中、低档娱乐场所的女性性服务工作人群进行相关调查和检测。结果共调查女性性服务工作者400人,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为90.50%;高、中、低档女性性服务者最近1个月与客人发生性关系使用安全套比例分别为85.54%、88.04%、67.61%人;HIV检出率分别为0.00%、1.08%和0.70%;RPR检出率分别为1.80%、7.61%、21.13%;梅毒阳性感染率在不同组别安全套使用情况间差异有统计学意义(2=16.86,P<0.001)。结论不同档次女性性工作者虽然对艾滋病防治知识有一定的了解,但低档场所女性性工作者的安全套使用率较低,梅毒感染率高,是我市需要重点关注及加强干预的人群。Objective To determine the demographic characteristics,HIV-related knowledge and behavior characteristic,condom use,and HIV /STD infections among female sex workers（ FSWs） from different entertainment venues in Beihai City,to implement further behavioral intervention strategies for the target population in the local context. Methods A face-to-face survey and medical examination were conducted among 400 FSWs recruited by stratified convenient sampling from 33 entertainment venues of different tiers（ high,medium,and low） in Haicheng District of Beihai City. Results Among the participants,the average rate of correctly answering AIDS knowledge questions was 90. 50%. The rate of using condoms with clients in the past month was 85. 54%,88. 04%,and 67. 61% among FSWs from high,medium and low tier,respectively. HIV positive rate was 0. 0%,1. 08%,and 0. 70% among FSWs from high,medium and low tier,respectively; syphilis positive rate was 1. 80%,7. 61%,21. 13%; There is a significant difference of the incidence of syphilis between the groups with-and without condom use. Conclusions FSWs have general AIDS knowledge. However,FSWs from low-tier have a low rate of condom use and high positive rate of syphilis. More attention should be paid to this population and strenthened intervention and service should be provided.
