摘　　要：目的了解石河子社区高血压管理现况,进一步开展高血压及慢性非传染性疾病的社区管理工作。方法通过典型抽样的方法,选取石河子市社区卫生服务项目较全面、功能较健全、涵盖各类人口的40个社区为调查现场,通过问卷调查、体格检查收集信息。结果共筛选高血压患者781人,管理97人,未管理684人,管理率12.4%。管理组收缩压水平高于对照组(Z=-3.20,P=0.001);管理组吸烟率、饮酒率、高脂肪食品摄入频率和腌熏食物食用率及摄盐量较未管理组低(均有P<0.05),参加锻炼比例高于未管理组(2=5.57,P=0.018);管理组知晓率、治疗率、控制率分别为93.8%、91.8%、59.8%,均高于未管理组(均有P<0.05)。结论调查社区高血压社区管理已改善患者血压水平及生活方式,但仍需扩大管理范围、改善管理方式。Objective To understand the community based management of hypertension in Shihezi City,and to provide evidence for implementing community health promotion and comprehensive management of hypertension. Methods The community with more comprehensive health services,more robust functionality,covering various demographic characteristics of the population were selected by stratified cluster random sampling. The hypertension status was surveyed,and the unification questionnaire was used to collect data. Results The 781 hypertension patients,with 97 cases in the management group and 684 cases in the non-management group were found in the survey. The standardized management rate for hypertension was 70. 2%. Compared with the non-management group,the management group＇s systolic blood pressure level was high,and the difference was statistically significant（ Z =- 3. 20,P = 0. 001）. The management group established a healthy lifestyle. The smoking rate and drinking rate were lower than those of the non-management group（ all P〈0. 05）.The rate of participation in physical activity was high（ χ2= 5. 57,P = 0. 018）. In management group,the rates of awareness,treatment and control were 93. 8%,91. 8%,59. 8%,all of which were higher than those of the non-management group（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The management of hypertension has controlled the patient＇s blood pressure levels and improved their lifestyles,however the contents of service and intensity of management still need to be improved.
