摘  要:目的掌握慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)在南昌市东湖区中小学教师中的分布情况,并探讨其相关影响因素。方法通过分层抽样方法抽取南昌市东湖区8所学校的600位从事教学工作的教师(不包括专职行政人员和后勤人员)进行问卷调查,共获得519份有效问卷。通过临床医生为CFS可疑患者进行随访检查来确认诊断。结果南昌市东湖区中小学教师CFS总检出率为10.0%,其中男教师检出率为10.5%,女教师检出率为9.8%;多因素Logistic回归分析提示,不喜欢本职工作(OR=5.064)、来自学生家长压力大(OR=2.072)、饮酒(OR=2.229)、对现职工作不满意(OR=6.918)是CFS的危险因素。结论中小学教师CFS的检出率较高,应从提高自身工作积极性、改善学生家长关系、培养良好生活习惯等多方面采取综合防治措施。Objective To analyze the occurrence status and the influential factors of chronic fatigue syndrome( CFS) among primary and secondary school teachers in East Lake District of Nanchang City. Methods Stratified sampling methods were used to select 8 schools in East Lake District of Nanchang City. Then questionnaire survey was carried out in 600 teachers,519 valid questionnaires were collected finally. The suspected patients from questionnaires were visited by psychiatrists to make a definite diagnosis. Results The total rate of CFS was 10. 0%,with male and female were 10.5% and 9. 8% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression showed that unsatisfactory job( OR = 5. 064),high pressure from students' parents( OR = 2. 072),alcohol drinking( OR = 2. 229) and dissatisfaction with the current job( OR =6. 918) were risk factors of CFS. Conclusions The prevalence of CFS among primary and secondary school teachers were a bit high. To reduce the rate of CFS,integrated methods should be taken from many aspects,such as enhancing teachers' enthusiasm in jobs,improving the relationship between teachers and students' parents,and developing good living habits.
