垂直剪切式滤饼破碎机在洗煤厂的应用

摘　　要：方山县鑫运煤业有限公司的洗煤厂使用煤泥滤饼破碎机后,煤泥滤饼的粒度从450 mm减小到20 mm,破碎比达22.5。使大块煤泥滤饼的造成的精矿运输皮带的事故率从0.6%降到0.5%,降低了17%。同时,也增强了混合精煤外售检测的代表性,使混精煤的年平均检测水分从12.52%降到11.74%,含水量降低了6.2%,方差从1.08降至方差为0.20,检测误差降低81.5%。该洗煤厂仅皮带事故率和检测水分误差,每年可为企业节能降耗278.9万元,新增利润1755.9万元,新增税收531.8万元。After the use of Slime Cake Crusher in the Xinyun Coal Limited Company in Fangshan County,the particle size of slime cake decreased from 450ram to 20ram, reaching a maximum of 22.5 in reduction ratio.Moreover,it has effectively reduced the accident rate of concentrate transportation belt caused by coarse slime cake by 0.1% .Meanwhile,it also enhanced the representativeness of detectation of mixing clean coal sold outside, the annual mean water content of the detected of mixing clean coal reduced by O. 78%,the after use variance decreased from 1.08 to 0.20,lowering the detectation error obviously.The accident rate of belt and the error of the water content of the detected solely can bring this enterprise 279 thousand yuan by energy save and consumption reduce, additional profit 17.559 million yuan and additional revenue 4.857 million yuan.
