硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效,探讨其临床适用性。方法选取从2013年1月1日—2014年4月30日于我院接受治疗的43例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为病例资料,随机分为研究组和对照组两组,对照组采用甲钴胺进行治疗,研究组硫辛酸进行治疗。观察并记录两组患者治疗前后正中神经、胫神经、尺神经的传导速度以及两组患者治疗后的总有效率,并且进行比较。结果治疗后研究组患者正中神经传速为(47.57±4.26)m/s、尺神经为(44.56±2.83)m/s、胫神经为(45.37±3.43)m/s,而对照组正中神经为(43.45±3.18)m/s、尺神经为(40.21±2.16)m/s、胫神经为(41.23±3.19)m/s,两组对比,研究组患者的正中神经、尺神经、胫神经传导速度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者总有效率为83.9%,对照组患者总有效率为41.7%,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.6592,P=0.0056)。结论硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果良好,适合临床长期推广应用。Objective To analyze the effects of lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and discuss its clinical applicability.Methods 43 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients from January 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014 in our hospital were treated as clinical data,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the control group were treated with mecobalamin the study group were treated with lipoic acid. Observed and recorded around treatment the median nerve, tibial nerve, ulnar nerve conduction velocity and the total efficiency of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment, the patient study group median nerve speed was（45.37±3.43） m/s, the ulnar nerve was（44.56±2.83）m/s, the tibial nerve was（45.37±3.43）m/s, while the control group median nerve was（43.45±3.18） m/s, the ulnar nerve was（40.21±2.16）m/s, the tibial nerve is（41.23±3.19）m/s, comparing the two groups, the study group of patients with median nerve, ulnar nerve, tibial nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the patient study group median nerve speed was, tibial nerve,ulnar nerve conduction velocity was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; after treatment total effective rate of the study group was 83.9% the control group was 41.7%,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=7.6592, P=0.0056）. Conclusion Lipoic acid can do well in the therapy of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so it is worthy of promotion.
